Topics such as heart fibrillation, bone (re)modeling, biomembrane formation and permeability predictions of complex molecules, cardiac muscle, skeletal muscle, neural networks, neural circulation and neural electrophysiology are studied. By combining qualitative knowledge arising from measurements and parameter estimation studies, appropriate computer models of these biomedical systems are built and studied.
