The research focuses on the preparation, development and application of membranes for the production of energy (e.g. Pressure retarded osmosis, Reverse electro dialysis, Fuel cells (biological, direct methanol, hydrogen), energy storage) and for the replacement of traditional energy consuming processes (e.g. separation and capture of CO2, olefin/paraffin separation, hydrogen purification, dehydration of gaseous streams). Hollow fiber membrane.
