Match between users and the system for e-consultation with respect to the question and answer-features. Users can ask questions in their own vocabulary, the system matches these questions with a medical information system. Evaluation of performance of the system via real-time usage test, logfiles and interviews. Based on the results a redesign of the system is carried out and tested. Better match between users and the system (in terms of quicker and better response to users’ problems).
