We have advised major players in this industry since the industry’s infancy and our practice continues to keep pace with the industry itself. We recognise that in order to provide quality specialised legal services to clients in the aviation industry, a multidisciplinary approach to the provision of legal services is key.
We are able to advise on a variety of matters arising in the aviation industry. We have been involved in various mergers and alliances in the aviation industry, airport privatisations, regulatory (including licensing, slot allocation and environmental matters), liability and insurance and leasing and financing – covering not only leasing and financing of aircraft and engines, but also project finance transactions in respect of airports and securitisation transactions in respect of, for example, aircraft lease portfolios. We also have broad experience in the railroad industry.
