Virtual coach for patients with chronic complaints

Development and implementation of a virtual coach for patients with chronic complaints, d.i. Self-care management via virtual coach.
The research will focus on the requirements a virtual coach has to fulfil to be successful. Key to this is the user (patient) and his expectations. Important research questions are: How can we achieve that the technology matches the users’ expectations? What are the requirements to make sure patients use and keep using the coach? What is needed for patients to build a relationship with the coach?
